Job summary

Culture Kings Chadstone is seeking an experienced Back of House Manager with streetwear savvy to lead inventory control and stock management. You will guide a strong team, ensure accurate stock records, and collaborate with store management, logistics and merchandising to optimise availability and minimise discrepancies.

In a fast-paced retail environment, you will drive robust procedures, coach staff, and set high standards for stock integrity while contributing to a premium customer experience

The opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and streetwear savvy Back of House Manager to join the Culture Kings team at our Chadstone store!

In this hands‑on & fast‑paced role, you will INSPIRE, influence and coach a strong team. You will oversee the efficient management and control of inventory within Culture Kings retail stores by implementing robust inventory control procedures, managing stock levels, and ensuring accurate stock records. you will collaborate closely with store management, logistics, and merchandising teams to optimize stock movement, minimize stock discrepancies, and maintain product availability to meet customer demand. This is the pinnacle retail role where you will be at the forefront of street fashion, not just following fashion trends but setting them.
