Signal Waste & Recycling in Adelaide is seeking a Business Development Manager for the commercial waste and recycling sector. You will identify opportunities, approach prospective customers, and convert them into long-term business relationships across metropolitan Adelaide.

You'll own the sales process from prospecting to closing, develop your own pipeline, and collaborate with our operations team to onboard new customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B services or waste management preferable.
• Proven ability to prospect and win new business.
• Confident in approaching new customers and generating leads.
• Commercially minded with strong results orientation.
