Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification or ≥5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong market research, data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in website management, email marketing, social media and CRM systems.
• Experience marketing technical, customised or manufactured products (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research and analyse industry trends.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns and programs.
• Coordinate marketing across website, email, social media, search, publications, events and direct marketing channels.
• Manage website content, case studies, product information and project profiles.
• Develop technically accurate marketing and promotional content.
• Coordinate photography, graphic design and digital and print collateral.
• Prepare capability statements, presentations, tender and proposal content.
• Support business development and build relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion indicators and marketing expenditure.
• Manage marketing calendars, campaign budgets, content schedules and supplier briefs.
