Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Group is seeking an Internal Sales Executive (B2B) to join a growing team in the West Sussex area. You will follow up quotations and enquiries, support Area Sales Managers with pricing, and nurture long-term customer relationships.

The role requires a minimum of two years in internal or B2B sales, excellent phone skills, and a proactive, service-minded approach. Office-based, Monday to Friday, with £35,000 OTE up to £42,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' proven experience in internal sales or B2B sales.
• Strong telephone communication and customer service mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple inquiries.
• Experience creating, managing, and converting quotations.
• Ability to upsell and identify opportunities.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Following up previous quotations, enquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Supporting Area Sales Managers with pricing, quotations, and customer follow-up activities.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Handling customer service enquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintaining accurate customer, quotation, and sales records in the CRM.
