Qualifications

• Experience in market or growth development within a technical B2B environment.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and drive commercial outcomes.
• Proficient in market research, targeting decision-makers and developing strategic campaigns.
• Comfortable with data analysis, CRM tools, digital advertising and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on target markets, industries and upcoming projects.
• Identify and engage decision-makers, engineers, contractors and project teams.
• Develop and manage targeted digital campaigns for specific markets and customer needs.
• Collaborate with agencies to create content, landing pages, EDMs and case studies.
• Manage leads through the CRM from initial contact to revenue.
• Analyse campaign performance and refine marketing strategies.
