Job summary

Chandler Macleod in Australia is partnering with a well-established Australian business to recruit a Project Delivery Manager for Beresfield. You will oversee commercial delivery across multiple concurrent projects, from contract award through to financial close-out, ensuring on-schedule, on-budget delivery.

Experience across manufacturing, engineering, fit-out or supply-and-install environments is welcomed. A White Card and a current driving licence are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management, project delivery or operational management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, external suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

About the opportunity Chandler Macleod is partnering with a well-established Australian business specialising in premium commercial washroom systems to recruit an experienced Project Delivery Manager for an immediate opportunity based in Beresfield.

Our client designs and supplies innovative commercial washroom solutions for major developments across Australia, including airports, commercial towers, retail environments and infrastructure projects.

With approximately 30 projects currently underway, the business is seeking a commercially focused professional to oversee project delivery, lead internal teams and ensure projects are completed efficiently, profitably and to a high standard.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, Project Delivery Manager or commercially minded Operations Manager looking to take ownership of a diverse project portfolio.

A traditional construction background is not essential. We welcome applications from professionals with relevant experience across manufacturing, engineering, commercial products, fit-out and supply-and-install environments.

About the role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee the commercial and operational delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

Projects typically range in value from $40,000 to $450,000, with larger projects reaching approximately $1.2 million.

You will manage the full project lifecycle, from contract award through manufacturing, dispatch, installation, practical completion and financial close-out.

With established production, procurement, project administration and site teams already in place, your focus will be on commercial management, operational coordination and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
