Job summary

Melbourne Racing Club is seeking an experienced Azure and Power Platform Engineer to lead the development, integration and ongoing support of the organisation's Microsoft technology environment.

You will build and support solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, design Azure integration architecture, and work with Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Hubs and API Management to connect critical systems.

Qualifications

• Four or more years delivering Azure integrations and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong Azure administration experience: tenant configuration, security and cost governance.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, including data modelling.
• Hands-on experience building Azure integrations using Logic Apps, Functions, Event Hubs, Service Bus and API Management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse solutions.
• Build and manage Azure integrations using Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus and API Management.
• Administer and secure Azure environment, including identity, access and cost governance.
• Manage data flows across Dataverse, SQL databases and MRC platforms.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure reliability.
• Establish Power Platform standards, ALM and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and IaC.
• Collaborate with Platforms team, vendors and consultants on system integrations and improvements.
• Provide tech support for live race days and events, ensuring systems remain secure and reliable.
