Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee platform operations and security. You will guide teams, resolve complex incidents and improve live service monitoring, support and recovery for health insurance customers.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll lead the Platform Operations Lead and Security Operations Lead, driving incident response, disaster recovery testing and automation to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

7+ years in infra, hosting or cloud ops with 3+ years in leadership.
Experience running hosted or cloud services for external customers.
Deep knowledge of Azure and enterprise networks.
Experience in security monitoring, vulnerability management and patching.
Experience in backups, business continuity and disaster recovery testing.

Responsibilities

Oversee Azure, hosting, networks, VMs, platforms and databases supporting live services.
Lead incident response and escalations to diagnose issues quickly.
Manage security monitoring, vulnerability management, patching and controls.
Own backups, business continuity and disaster recovery testing.
Improve monitoring and automate routine work for reliability.
Oversee internal apps, staff devices, identity and workplace tech.
Develop team capability and ensure new services are ready for support.
