Job summary

UnitingCare Health is seeking an experienced Integration Developer to join our Digital Engineering team in Brisbane. You will build and support Azure-based integrations, developing Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps, and working with C#/.NET and APIs to connect critical systems.

You’ll design secure, reliable integration solutions using Azure Service Bus and API Management, develop RESTful and SOAP APIs, and ensure data accuracy through mapping, validation and robust error handling.

Qualifications

• Experience building and supporting Azure-based integrations using Function Apps and Logic Apps.
• Proficiency with C#/.NET, REST and SOAP APIs, and data formats like JSON/XML/CSV.
• Strong understanding of API security, authentication, and secure data transmission practices.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and enhance API-based integrations across the Azure environment.
• Develop and maintain Azure Function Apps using C#/.NET and Azure Logic Apps.
• Design and develop Azure integration solutions using Azure Service Bus and API Management.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs to support integration between enterprise applications.
• Develop data mapping, transformation, validation and error-handling logic across integrated systems.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data-flow issues, and defects through detailed analysis and debugging.
• Deliver BAU changes and smaller integration enhancements while maintaining reliability of existing solutions.
• Conduct testing of integration solutions to ensure functionality and data accuracy.
• Apply security, logging and exception-management practices across integration solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to ongoing improvement of integration performance.
