Energy Bay Funds Management is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Melbourne to lead the on-prem to Azure migration, establish an Azure landing zone, and migrate identities to Entra ID. You will own infrastructure security, backup, DR, and cross-functional collaboration with DBA and development teams.

The role requires 5+ years in infrastructure engineering, AZ-104 level skills, and strong experience with Azure, Entra ID, PowerShell and Microsoft 365.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in infrastructure engineering with end-to-end on-prem to Azure migration.
• Strong Azure skills including landing zones, networking and IaC tooling.
• Experience with Entra ID, Intune and PowerShell is essential.
• Security, backup, disaster recovery and governance experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Scope, plan and deliver the migration to Azure and domain/identity move to Entra ID.
• Own project plans, timelines, risks and dependencies; report progress to Head of IT.
• Build and maintain the Azure landing zone with IaC to support data platforms.
• Coordinate cutovers with DBA and Dev teams with minimal disruption.
• Transition services from MSP and decommission them on schedule.
• Run firewalls, VPNs and multi-site connectivity; monitor and secure the environment.
• Maintain backup, DR plans and test recovery procedures.
• Document incidents, changes and runbooks; support governance.
