Job summary

Churches of Christ in Queensland is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and own Azure and Microsoft 365 infrastructure. You will strengthen security, governance and resilience across our estate, while automating processes and supporting cloud migrations and legacy modernisation.

Join a collaborative, autonomous team working across Azure, AD, SIEM, and databases. Hybrid work with 2 days WFH and 5 weeks leave in a not-for-profit environment at the Kenmore head office.

Qualifications

• Hands-on infrastructure expert with Azure and M365 experience.
• Strong skills in identity, security, monitoring, and automation.
• Experience with SIEM and database infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support Azure and M365 infrastructure.
• Own core infrastructure platforms and services.
• Strengthen security, governance and resilience.
• Automate manual tasks via scripting.
• Support cloud migrations and upgrades; modernise legacy systems.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
