Job summary

Emmbr in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to help mature its Azure platform and engineering capability. This hands-on role spans project delivery, platform engineering, automation and operational support.

You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, develop IaC with Bicep, and automate with PowerShell and Azure CLI while improving monitoring and guardrails for engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Azure engineering or Platform Engineering experience.
• Good experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code capability, ideally using Bicep.
• Good PowerShell and Azure CLI automation experience.
• Strong understanding of Azure governance, monitoring and observability.
• An automation-first mindset with a focus on reusable solutions.
• Comfortable working across project delivery and operational engineering.
• Able to demonstrate ownership and a track record of improving engineering practices.

We're looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join a growing technology team and help mature its Azure platform and engineering capability. This is a hands‑on role spanning project delivery, platform engineering, automation and operational support.

This isn't a role focused purely on managing pipelines. You'll deliver solutions while improving the underlying platform, introducing better automation, reusable patterns and engineering standards that make future delivery faster and more reliable.
