Job summary

Emmbr in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to mature its Azure platform and engineering capability. This hands-on role spans project delivery, platform engineering, automation and operational support, focusing on more than just pipelines.

You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, develop Infrastructure as Code with Bicep, automate using PowerShell and Azure CLI, and raise observability and governance across cloud environments while promoting reusable patterns and

Qualifications

• Hands-on Azure engineering experience with platform focus.
• Experience with DevOps practices and Azure governance.
• Strong IaC skills, preferably with Bicep.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across Azure.
• Develop and improve Infrastructure as Code using Bicep.
• Automate manual processes with PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Improve monitoring and observability across cloud platforms.
• Develop reusable patterns and guardrails for engineering teams.
• Identify technical debt and enhance platform capabilities.
