Job summary

Sigma Healthcare is seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer to design, implement and optimise enterprise platforms across cloud and on‑prem environments. You’ll drive automation, improve reliability and security, and partner with teams to deliver scalable solutions in Azure, AWS, GCP and data centres.

You’ll lead and mentor engineers, contribute to technology transformation, and play a key role in keeping our critical systems available while enabling our expanding healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Proven DevOps experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong cloud engineering expertise, ideally Azure.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control and automation.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technology solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Build, enhance and optimise infrastructure, platforms and tools.
• Monitor and improve platform performance for security and reliability.
• Lead investigation and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Drive modern DevOps practices and automation across the environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient solutions.
• Mentor engineers and share technical knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and capabilities.
