Job summary
Sigma Healthcare is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Systems Engineer based at the Preston Support Office to design, operate and optimise enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises environments. You will provide technical direction, enhance resilience and security, mentor engineers, and drive automation, capacity planning and upgrades while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- 7+ years in systems engineering, healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AD, Exchange, M365, Windows and Linux servers.
- Experience with IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra.
- Excellent planning, communication, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to design and implement infra across cloud and on‑prem.
- Monitor core platforms for high availability and performance.
- Maintain disaster recovery capabilities.
- Lead automation in provisioning, monitoring, patching.
- Mentor engineers and drive best practices.
