Job summary

Clicks IT Recruitment partners with the NSW Electoral Commission to appoint an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer for its Technology Group on a full-time basis.

The role covers a hands-on Azure environment across security, identity, automation and Microsoft 365, with involvement in cloud migration and ongoing transformation projects. Hybrid work is available from Sydney, and collaboration is central to the team culture.

Qualifications

• Requires strong, recent hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
• Proficient across Azure IaaS and PaaS, cloud networking and security.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• Familiar with Azure DevOps, Sentinel, KQL and Log Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Designing and supporting secure Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Managing Azure compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring and security.
• Leading cloud migration, transformation and technology uplift initiatives.
• Working with Azure Landing Zones and secure cloud architecture.
