Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, protects customers by delivering comprehensive cyber security services across Australia. The role focuses on owning and supporting customer cloud environments, troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions that keep critical systems online.

You will build relationships with customers and stakeholders, monitor systems for high availability and apply DevOps practices to improve resilience.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline desirable
• Microsoft Azure and/or M365 certifications advantageous
• At least 1 year's experience in IT engineering / operations or similar field
• Knowledge in Azure/M365 Security Services including Sentinel, Defender, Purview, and related workloads

Responsibilities

• Own and support customer cloud environments, troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions that keep critical systems online.
• Address and resolve incidents and service requests
• Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
• Manage and monitor all systems ensuring the highest levels of availability
• Take ownership of support request and releases
• Apply DevOps processes & methodologies as required
