The Recruitment Company seeks an AWS Engineering Lead to own technical solutions across enterprise transformation programmes. You will guide engineers, design secure multi-account AWS environments, and advance cloud-native platforms with Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, drive delivery standards and mentor teams, while solving complex engineering challenges in AWS. This role offers a hands-on leadership path with substantial enterprise impact.

Competenze

• 6–10 years of AWS/cloud engineering experience.
• Strong production AWS architecture and hands-on engineering capability.
• Proven experience with Terraform and/or AWS CDK.
• Understanding of AWS landing zones, networking, IAM and multi-account architecture.
• Experience with Python, automation, CI/CD and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience guiding engineers or leading technical delivery workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills engaging with enterprise clients.

We're partnering with a leading global consulting organisation expanding its AWS Engineering capability across several significant enterprise transformation programmes.

We're looking for a hands-on AWS Engineering Lead who can take ownership of technical solutions, guide engineers and deliver well-designed cloud platforms for enterprise clients.

You'll work across architecture, infrastructure automation, cloud-native engineering and technical delivery, while remaining actively involved in solving complex engineering challenges.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AWS engineering solutions.
• Architect secure multi-account AWS environments, landing zones and cloud foundations.
• Work with AWS Control Tower, Organizations, IAM, networking and security guardrails.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CDK and CloudFormation.

What we're looking for

• Experience with Python, automation, CI/CD and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience guiding engineers or leading technical delivery workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly with enterprise clients.

Location:
