Job summary

Nitmiluk Tours, part of the Jawoyn Association Aboriginal Corporation, is seeking a Chef with semi-fine dining experience to join the Cicada Lodge team, 30km outside Katherine, NT. Initial casual hours with potential for full-time, permanent employment for the right candidate.

You will work with a professional team on a rotating roster across outlets, ensuring quality, presentation and cultural sensitivity in all dishes while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in semi-fine dining and high standard food presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work across multiple outlets and rosters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve high-quality dishes according to menus.
• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef across Nitmiluk Tours outlets.
• Contribute to stocktakes and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
