Job summary

CAE is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and supply support for advanced training devices across multiple sites in Australia. The role emphasizes leadership, budget control, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure on-time, on-budget performance.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate training device availability, and maintain certification with CASA, EASA, FAA, and UK CAA while adhering to security and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Senior maintenance leadership experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with aviation maintenance compliance and quality management systems.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules.
• Experience liaising with regulatory authorities and audits.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and supply support across multiple sites.
• Manage resources, schedules, budgets and priorities to meet requirements.
• Ensure training devices maintain regulatory certifications (CASA, EASA, FAA, UK CAA).
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance, safety, and performance.
• Develop and coach a skilled workforce; manage performance and succession.
• Monitor metrics and costs; initiate corrective actions as needed.
