Qantas Group's Network Aviation division seeks a Risk and Systems Officer to support the Safety Management System and risk controls. You will administer records, monitor data and coordinate with teams to ensure safe and compliant operations.

The role suits an organised, detail‑oriented communicator who enjoys working with systems, data and people to maintain robust safety practices and continuous improvement across the Network Group.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a safety, risk, systems, assurance or operational support role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with risk management frameworks, risk documentation and action management processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and provide meaningful insights.
• Experience preparing governance materials, procedures and communications.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, collaboration and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
• Knowledge of aviation safety legislation, standards and codes of practice.
• Year 12 qualification, with safety-related qualifications highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration, compliance and oversight of the SMS and risk management processes across the Network Group.
• Maintain records and actions, review system data and monitor requirements.
• Work closely with teams across the business to keep safety and risk processes on track.
• Assist in governance materials, procedures and communications outputs.
