Job summary

Qantas Group's Network Aviation division seeks a Risk and Systems Coordinator to support the Safety Management System and risk processes across the Network Group. Reporting to the Manager Safety Systems, you will coordinate risk identification, analysis and mitigation activities while maintaining governance and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a safety, risk, systems, assurance or operational support role.
• Experience with risk management frameworks, risk documentation and action management processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and provide meaningful insights.
• Experience preparing reports, governance materials, procedures and communications.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, collaboration and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
• Knowledge of aviation and occupational safety legislation, standards and codes of practice.
• Year 12 qualification, with safety-related qualifications highly regarded
