Qantas Group is seeking a Sydney-based Compliance and Regulatory Management specialist to shape safe, compliant engineering operations within a complex aviation regulatory environment. This nine-month fixed-term role sits in Qantas Engineering and offers office hours, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities spanning regulatory approvals, continuing airworthiness, and safety program support.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years practical aviation maintenance or regulatory experience.
• Knowledge of civil aviation regulatory frameworks (CASR Part 21, 42, 145, 147) or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret licences, qualifications and training records.
• Strong attention to detail and records-management discipline.
• Clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Red ASIC security clearance.

• Provide specialist regulatory and safety support across engineering operations.
• Support regulatory approvals covering design, continuing airworthiness, maintenance and training.
• Contribute to safety, quality and compliance programs and aircraft entry into service.
