Job summary

Alliance Airlines in Brisbane is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage invoicing and cash flow in a high-volume environment. You will prepare, issue and reconcile customer invoices, and ensure timely processing in line with contracts.

Responsibilities include using Technology One to post invoices, reviewing recharges, maintaining revenue data, resolving discrepancies and monitoring receivables to support financial performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in commerce, accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in high-volume accounts receivable.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of collections practices.
• Ability to build client relationships.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to check data with speed and accuracy.
• Experience reviewing contracts.
• Analytical and research skills with business drivers understanding.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and send customer invoices on time according to contracts.
• Process invoicing transactions using Technology One.
• Ensure recharges are reviewed and billed timely.
• Maintain and reconcile flight performance data back to source systems.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in revenue reconciliations.
• Monitor, collect, and resolve accounts receivable aging items.
• Assist with internal control procedures.
• Update Technology One with client profile changes.
• System development and maintenance to ensure accuracy of accounting transactions.
