Job summary

Link Airways invites applications for an AMO Procurement Manager based in Canberra or Goulburn. You will oversee day-to-day purchasing for aircraft maintenance, ensure CASA compliance, manage supplier relationships and stock levels, and support maintenance schedules.

The role requires at least 2 years in aviation maintenance procurement, knowledge of CASR Part 42/145, and experience with aviation inventory systems such as WinAir or CAMP. Strong negotiating and record-keeping skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a senior aviation maintenance procurement role.
• Course in procurement, logistics or supply chain management is desirable.
• Knowledge of CASR Part 42/145 and aircraft maintenance regulations.
• Experience with computerised aviation inventory systems (WinAir/AvTrak/CESCOM/CAMP).
• Excellent communication, time management and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procurement adheres to CASA requirements and company policy.
• Manage day-to-day purchasing to support maintenance requirements.
• Handle parts requisition, stock levels, PO status and deliveries.
• Maintain supplier relationships and competitive pricing and turnaround times.
• Lead and train AMO Stores personnel.
