Job summary

Link Airways is seeking an AMO Procurement Manager based in Canberra or Goulburn to lead aviation maintenance procurement activities. You will ensure CASA compliance, manage day-to-day purchasing for scheduled and AOG maintenance, and optimise stock, vendor relations, and budgets.

Strong negotiation, accuracy and knowledge of aviation inventory systems are essential. The role requires 2+ years in senior aviation procurement, CASR 42/145 knowledge, and eligibility to work in Australia; forklift

Qualifications

2+ years in a senior aviation maintenance procurement role.
Procurement/logistics/supply chain course completed (desirable).
Knowledge of CASR Part 42/145 and regs for aircraft maintenance.
Experience with aviation inventory systems (WinAir/AvTrak/CESCOM/CAMP).
Eligible to work in Australia on a full-time, long-term basis.
Forklift license and Dangerous Goods certifications (desirable).
ASIC card held or eligible for one.

Responsibilities

Ensure procurement adheres to CASA requirements and internal policy.
Manage day-to-day purchasing to support scheduled and AOG maintenance.
Action parts requisition, maintain stock levels, track POs and deliveries.
Identify, evaluate and manage supplier relationships.
Monitor price changes, supply chain trends and new suppliers for competitive pricing.
Work with CAMO and AMO teams to ensure efficient supply chain workflows.
Administer supplier warranty programs and track expenditure against budgets.
Lead, train and develop AMO Stores personnel.
