Job summary

The Royal Flying Doctor Service (WA) at Jandakot seeks an experienced aviation logistics professional to receive, inspect and release aircraft parts, and to manage inventory in line with CASA Part 145. You’ll coordinate freighting, respond quickly to AOG needs and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Join our dedicated team, ensure parts accuracy and documentation, and support remote aircraft operations across bases, with a stable full‑time schedule, on‑site parking and a not‑for‑profit

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics within aviation, engineering or regulated environments.
• Strong attention to certification records and paperwork.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and supplier invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and release aircraft parts with CASA/EASA/FAA certification.
• Pick, pack and dispatch components to bases; coordinate freight and respond to AOG requests.
• Manage supplier and OEM relationships; reconcile purchase orders, invoices and freight against budget.
