Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Aerodrome Reporting Officer in Western Australia to support aerodrome operations and ensure safe aircraft operations. The role combines ARO duties with Service Attendant tasks on site.

The ideal candidate will hold an ARO licence, AROC, CASA Radio Certificate and clearances, with readiness for pre-employment medicals and safety checks. Forklift and HR/PTD qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Current Aerodrome Reporting Officer licence and CASA radio cert are essential.
• AROC and police clearance required or obtainable.
• Mobility to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Support aerodrome operations to ensure safe aircraft operations.
• Perform passenger checks in and compile manifests and admin duties.
• Provide aircraft ground support and maintain aerodrome buildings.
• Assist transport teams with mine-site bus services.
• Comply with CASR 139 and MOS 139 requirements.
• Support safety, security and serviceability of the airport.
• Conduct daily serviceability inspections and wildlife monitoring.
• Oversee terminal maintenance, runway weed control, and FOD removal.
• Update aerodrome manuals and related documents; liaise with stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as required by Site leadership.
