QantasLink is seeking a Load Control Planner for an 18-month fixed-term, part-time role based at our Regional Operations Centre in Mascot. You will oversee forward loading plans, weight and balance documentation, and ensure compliance with airline specifications to meet passenger, cargo and fuel needs.

The role includes initial training with ongoing competency assessments, and working a 24/7 rotational roster to support safe aircraft operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating loading, weight and balance activities.
• Ability to plan ahead and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with analytical calculations and data interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Lead forward planning for load, weight and balance documentation in line with airline specs.
• Coordinate loading to maximize cargo space while meeting safety requirements.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes for passengers and cargo.
• Complete initial training and participate in ongoing competency assessments.
