Job summary

QantasLink Engineering in Adelaide is seeking a Planning & Allocations Officer to coordinate maintenance schedules and allocate fleet resources for regional operations. You will build maintenance work packages that support airworthiness obligations and operational requirements, in a CAMO/AMO environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance planning, CAMO or AMO environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational and maintenance data.
• A detailed understanding of the Trax Maintenance system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with planning databases or reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across operational and engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
• A tertiary qualification in an aircraft trade, engineering, technical, science, finance or related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and planning skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft maintenance schedules to keep fleet compliant, available and operational.
• Support regional airline operations within the Engineering Planning team.
• Maintain full-time permanent role based in Adelaide.
