Job summary

Aeropower is seeking casual Ground Support and UAV workers to join our team, with potential to transition to full-time for the right candidate. Crews operate on a 19 day on, 9 days off roster pattern, with two days off per tour, though availability will be considered.

Work is based mainly in Western Australia and New South Wales, with occasional national travel to support crews across Australia. Pre-employment checks, a HR or higher licence and CASA RPAS license are required, plus strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of a current HR licence (or above) with driving experience.
• CASA-issued RPA license with multi-rotor category.
• Commitment to Aeropower values and being a team player.
• Be prepared to work 8–10 hour days.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written).
• Must be fit and able to climb stairs on vehicles and flight deck.
• Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol and Audio test required.

Responsibilities

• Support UAV crews across Australia as required.
• Work on rosters with 19 days on / 9 days off, two days off per tour.
• Occasional travel to support crews across Australia with allowances.
