Job summary

Wymap Group is seeking motivated Ground Handlers / Airline Service Operators to join our Sydney Airport Cargo operation. This casual role offers hands-on airside duties in a fast-paced environment and extensive on-site training and safety support.

You’ll operate GSE, drive airside vehicles, and coordinate with teams to meet schedules and KPIs while maintaining safety and regulatory standards. Flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Current valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card).
• Ability to obtain an Airside Driving Authority (ADA) highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexible availability across mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends.
• Previous aviation or ground handling experience highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operating ground support equipment (GSE) such as tugs and loaders.
• Driving airside vehicles including tugs and vans.
• Working closely with operational staff to meet service schedules and KPIs.
• Following all WHS, aviation, and airport safety procedures.
• Completing operational paperwork, checklists, and activity reports.
• Communicating professionally with internal teams, customers, and airport authorities.
• Reporting hazards, incidents, and safety concerns as required.
