Job summary

Jet Aviation Cairns FBO is seeking an aviation-minded Operations Coordinator to support safe, efficient VIP, corporate and government aircraft movements. Join a fast-paced, hands-on team at the Cairns centre and help coordinate ground services, baggage handling, fuel and catering while maintaining high safety and service standards.

You will manage aircraft movements from request through departure, work with pilots and crew, and ensure accurate records in FBO One.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid ASIC or ability to obtain one.
• Hold a current driver’s licence and meet airport driving requirements.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 roster and adapt to a dynamic FBO environment.

Responsibilities

• Own aircraft movements from request to departure, coordinating with pilots, crew, passengers and vendors.
• Marshall aircraft per procedures and support ramp operations.
• Operate or supervise use of ground support equipment where trained.
• Handle baggage and assist with aircraft servicing, fuel and catering coordination.
• Record movements and activities in FBO One and related systems.
• Maintain safety, service standards and accurate documentation.
