Job summary

Jet Aviation in Cairns, AU is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our FBO team. This full-time, onsite role supports VIP, corporate, governmental, medical and private aircraft with a 24/7 roster and a base salary of AUD 70,000–80,000 plus super.

You will coordinate arrivals, departures, ground support, fuel, catering and passenger handling, ensuring safety, efficiency and professional service for diverse aircraft movements.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation operations and FBO coordination.
• Ability to work a 24/7 roster and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong teamwork, communication and safety awareness.
• Must hold or be able to obtain local security/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Own aircraft movements from request to departure, coordinating with pilots, crew, passengers and suppliers.
• Marshalling aircraft, handling baggage, coordinating fuel and catering, and operating ground support equipment.
• Record aircraft movements and related activities accurately and in real time in FBO One and other systems.
• Support team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement.
