TAG invites applications for a proactive Facilities Coordinator at Melbourne Airport. You will support the day-to-day management of facilities, ensuring safety, compliance and well-maintained operations to back aviation catering activities.

This hands-on role requires strong coordination and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment, liaise with contractors, conduct safety inspections, support WHS compliance,

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities coordination, maintenance support, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee general maintenance of facilities, equipment, and operational areas.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards are met.
• Support compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements and company procedures.
• Assist with managing utilities, supplies, and facility-related inventory.
• Report and elevate maintenance issues promptly to ensure minimal operational disruption.
• Support operational teams with facility setup and infrastructure requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and contractor work.
