Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience undertaking maintenance, fault finding and installation activities on electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Experience working with power systems, UPS systems, generators, air conditioning systems, DC power systems or similar critical infrastructure.
• A demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, organise and perform activities with limited guidance to achieve effective outcomes.
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant policies, procedures, technical standards and legislation.
• A strong commitment to safety, teamwork and customer service excellence.
• The possession of relevant licensing as specified by legislative and/or Airservices requirements.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with prescribed processes, procedures and standards
• Maintaining an awareness and understanding of the impact that work undertaken can have on Airservices systems
• Supporting the operational safety and integrity of critical aviation systems and associated infrastructure
• Maintaining effective working relationships with Airservices staff to ensure coordinated service delivery outcomes
• Providing timely and accurate data entry into maintenance management systems
• Supporting the coaching and development of team members within the workgroup
• Participating in enterprise governance activities including safety, environmental, work health and safety, risk and compliance requirements
• Promoting workplace safety and contributing to a safe working environment at all times
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery and work practices
