Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience undertaking maintenance, fault finding and installation activities on electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Experience with power systems, UPS systems, generators and other critical infrastructure.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, organise and perform activities with limited guidance to achieve outcomes.
• Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, technical standards and legislation.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and customer service.
• Possession of required licensing as specified by regulations and Airservices requirements.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with prescribed processes, procedures and standards.
• Maintaining awareness of the impact of work on Airservices systems.
• Supporting operational safety and integrity of critical aviation systems and infrastructure.
• Maintaining effective working relationships with Airservices staff for coordinated service delivery.
• Providing timely data entry into maintenance management systems.
• Supporting coaching and development of team members within the workgroup.
• Participating in governance activities including safety, risk and compliance requirements.
• Promoting workplace safety and contributing to a safe working environment.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery and work practices.
