Job summary

Link Airways is seeking a casual Customer Service Officer and/or Ramp Agent to join the FBO team at Canberra Airport. You will ensure safe handling of aircraft, deliver excellent passenger service, and support crew and operations to keep flights on time in a close-knit team.

Ideal candidates will have prior airline or customer service experience, strong communication, grooming standards, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous airline or customer service experience (airline experience highly regarded).
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Polished and professional presentation with high grooming standards.
• Strong commitment to safety and positive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Handle baggage, towing, aircraft cleaning, and receipt/dispatch for charter and scheduled flights.
• Prepare aircraft catering and ensure onboard supplies are loaded.
• Provide warm customer service at check-in and departure gate; assist passengers, including those needing special assistance.
• Work with flight crew, ground staff and operations to ensure on-time departures.
• Maintain aviation safety and security compliance for passengers and staff.
