Job summary

Microflite Aviation is seeking a Reservations Officer to coordinate custom charter inquiries and bookings from initial contact through flight departure. You will work with our helicopter and fixed-wing fleets, shaping tailored itineraries and ensuring seamless execution for corporate and private charters.

You will gather requirements, prepare accurate quotations, and collaborate with Flight Operations and suppliers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience managing reservations and tailored bookings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations and coordinate complex itineraries.

Responsibilities

• Manage custom charter enquiries across helicopter and fixed-wing fleets.
• Develop tailored flight arrangements considering destinations, schedules, and special requests.
• Prepare quotations, follow up enquiries and convert to bookings.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations for availability and requirements.
• Arrange itineraries and coordinate with external providers.
