Job summary

Darling Downs Health seeks an AV and Ops Support Officer to create seamless technology experiences supporting healthcare teams across the region. You will help deliver reliable AV and ICT solutions, partnering with clinical and corporate teams to understand needs and implement practical outcomes.

You will act as a senior escalation point, guiding complex technical issues and driving improvements through documentation and standards.

  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver practical, customer-focused outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As an AV and Ops Support Officer, you'll help create seamless technology experiences that support healthcare teams across the region. From improving collaboration through modern AV solutions to resolving complex technical challenges, you'll work with a supportive team to deliver technology outcomes that make a real difference every day.

  • Driving continuous improvement through solution design, documentation and the adoption of best practice technology standards.
