Job summary

APM Assessment Services is seeking a part-time Aged Care Funding Assessor to travel across the Fitzroy region (QLD) performing AN-ACC assessments. You will interview residents and staff, review health records, and triangulate data to determine funding classifications.

AHPRA-registered clinicians with 5+ years post-registration are preferred. Role offers autonomy, paid travel, and access to training with CPD points.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ post-registration clinical experience in aged care
• Currently registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency)
• Proven experience conducting clinical assessments in residential care settings
• Ability to travel across the designated region and work independently

Responsibilities

• Conduct Residential Aged Care Funding Assessments using AN-ACC
• Interview residents and staff and review health records
• Triangulate data from documentation, observations and conversations to inform classifications
• Travel across Fitzroy QLD region and support other regions if needed
• Participate in comprehensive, fully paid training with CPD points
