BOS Civil is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from tender handover through planning, delivery and handover. You will lead a Project Engineer and work closely with site supervisors to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will manage projects end-to-end in roads, subdivisions, drainage or earthworks, maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure contract administration, cost reporting and WHS compliance across multiple

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering civil construction projects end-to-end.
• Experience leading Project Engineers or junior staff.
• Strong contract administration knowledge (AS 4000 / AS 2124).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• WA driver's licence and Construction White Card.

Aufgaben

• Manage civil projects end-to-end from award through practical completion and defects.
• Lead and mentor a Project Engineer.
• Be the main client/consultant/subcontractor contact.
• Develop and manage programs, budgets, forecasts and cost reporting.
• Handle contract administration, variations, progress claims, EOTs and correspondence.
• Ensure safety and WHS compliance on every project.
• Coordinate resources, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Report project performance to senior management.
