Job summary

National 360 in Ballarat is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver person-centred care across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, and home modifications. You'll manage a caseload with community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions, with flexible scheduling to suit you.

Qualifications

Must-have tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
AHPRA registration or current application in progress.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive tech, or generalist care.
Deliver services via community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions with flexible appointments.
Benefit from regular supervision, professional development and career progression support.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes and community impact.
Motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
Participate in team social events and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
