Ellora, a rooftop cocktail bar, dining and functions venue in St Kilda, is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead daily operations across cocktails, dining and private events.

You will oversee an established team including an Assistant Venue Manager, Bar Manager and Head Chef, and collaborate with our offsite Sales & Functions Manager to drive performance and guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• Hospitality management experience across restaurant service, cocktail bars and private functions.
• Ability to lead busy services with a collaborative team approach.
• Current Victorian RSA certification and strong financial awareness.

• Maintain warm, attentive and professional guest experiences.
• Oversee functions from handover to delivery with smooth execution.
