Job summary

DFP Recruitment is assisting a growing Adelaide commercial construction business to appoint an experienced Site Manager. You will lead day‑to‑day delivery of high‑quality commercial, hospitality and refurbishment projects, taking ownership from start to completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating trades, planning sequencing, monitoring safety, programme and quality, and liaising with clients and consultants. Autonomy, a strong pipeline and clear career progression accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial construction experience.
• End-to-end project delivery experience.
• Multi-storey construction experience.
• Strong subcontractor and trade management skills.
• Sound knowledge of drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Strong planning and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating site activities.
• Managing trades and subcontractors.
• Planning and sequencing works.
• Monitoring programme, productivity and quality.
• Coordinating suppliers and materials.
• Liaising with Project Managers, clients and consultants.
• Managing site documentation and compliance.
• Identifying issues early and implementing practical solutions.
