Job summary

Komatsu Mining Technology Solutions is seeking a Product Engineer for autonomous systems based in Welshpool, WA. The role provides on-site and help desk support for AHS software, diagnostics, and QA to ensure product functionality.

Key tasks include on-site issues resolution, client communication, and documented problem solving, with up to 10% travel. Relevant mining/engineering IT qualifications and Linux/Unix knowledge are preferred to support global mining operations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Mining, Engineering or IT-related field.
• Knowledge of C, C++, SQL and/or scripting languages; Linux/Unix systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support for AHS software and components on site and via help desk.
• Diagnose root causes and troubleshoot to meet SLA timelines.
• Document functionality clearly and concisely for clients.
