Job summary

Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ is seeking a Generalist HR Manager to lead a growing HR function across the South Island and beyond. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, payroll administration, policy creation, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Generalist HR function.
• Knowledge of NZ employment legislation and best practice.
• Payroll and HRIS systems management experience.
• Develops practical HR policies and documentation.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Understands workplace safety and wellbeing initiatives.
• Builds trusted relationships across the business.
