Job summary

Uniting AgeWell Limited in Mildura is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver focused home-based services to older clients with Home Care Package funding. You will work autonomously, manage your own caseload, and be supported by regular clinical supervision from the OT Clinical Lead.

Qualifications

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Experience in Community Aged Care with clients receiving HCP/SAH services.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload.
• Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver focused home-based OT services to older clients (65+) with HCP funding.
• Manage your own caseload primarily in Mildura with occasional outreach to Swan Hill.
• Attend regular clinical supervision with the OT Clinical Lead.
• Support professional development and apply evidence-based practice to interventions.
