Job summary

Uniting AgeWell is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to deliver focused home-based services for older clients with varying health conditions across Tasmania. The role prioritises client independence and autonomy, with a supportive team and regular supervision from the Clinical Lead.

You will be required to hold a recognised OT degree, be registered with AHPRA, and actively participate in person-centered care within a values-based, not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifications

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused home-based Occupational Therapy services for older clients.
• Support independence and autonomy to enable living at home.
• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapy team and Clinical Lead to ensure high-quality care.
