Job summary

IROC control room in Perth, WA is hiring for a Mine Control role focused on enabling Front Runner Autonomous fleet operations to meet production targets. You will work under the AH Control Supervisor to execute daily operations, optimise fleet utilisation and ensure safety and efficiency according to company philosophy.

The role requires prior Mine Control experience, strong time management, and excellent communication skills, with familiarity of Modular Dispatch™ or Frontrunner™ systems.

Qualifications

• Previous Mine Control experience required.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Collaborative, coaching and influencing skills.
• A high level of computer literacy and excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand site Safety Systems and their link to health and safety.
• Manage the fleet effectively and efficiently.
• Maximise compliance to operational plan.
• Promote positive relationships through effective communication and consultation.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Identify system and operational process improvements in the use of the fleet management system.
